Advertising Opportunities with the Chamber

Outlook
The Chamber's monthly publication, Outlook, is inserted in the Greenville News the first Monday of every month. The Chamber posts its members' new hires, promotions, grand openings and ribbon cuttings at no cost to its members. To have your organization's news published, simply email the information to Cam Larson, the Chamber's manager of communications, at clarson@greenvillechamber.org.

New Member Packets
The Chamber puts together a Newcomer Packet for anyone new to Greenville or considering a move to the area. The packets contain the most frequently requested information: a map of Greenville, a copy of the IN Greenville publication, Real Estate Guides, an Apartment Finder, as well as current issues of Greenville area magazines.

As a Chamber member, you can advertise your business in these packets for an annual charge of $1,000 starting in January. This rate will be prorated for businesses signing up after January. With the Chamber distributing 42 packets on average per month, this is a sure way of getting your business noticed!

In addition to having your company's literature inserted in the Newcomer Packet, we will also place copies in the Chamber lobby.

Community Events Calendar
Unfortunately, with a membership of over 2,400, the Greenville Chamber is unable to post all of its members' events in its weekly eNewsletter, In Touch. What the Chamber is able to do is post it in its Community Events Calendar. To have your organization's events posted on this calendar, simply email the details to Cam Larson at clarson@greenvillechamber.org. Be sure to send the information well in advance as this calendar is only updated once every two weeks.
