The Chamber's Economic Development team is focused on implementing an economic
development strategy that's designed to make Greenville more competitive in

The Chamber acts as a community champion for this strategy, educating and
involving business, government, community and education constituents in tasks
to:

both new businesses and new residents
▪ Create a business environment that
encourages and supports innovation, entrepreneurship and small business
▪ Attract technology-intensive firms and
entrepreneurial businesses
▪ Support existing technology enterprises,
advanced manufacturing and HQ operations
▪ Integrate workforce development strategies
into economic development activities
