Business Networking Events
• Business After Hours
a social networking event that draws 150-200 people. This event has no formal program and is best for those who prefer to attend networking functions in the evening.

a more intimate networking event, usually drawing 40-50. This is a slightly more structured networking opportunity and appeals to those people who want to meet before the workday begins.

a networking event for companies that recently placed membership with the Chamber, providing a forum for them to briefly introduce themselves and explain their business.

an annual event designed to link small business owners with mid-size businesses.

Special Annual Events• Annual Meeting
the largest networking event of the year, drawing a crowd of 1,200 people. The event features a well-known speaker and recognition of the Chamber's annual award recipients.

recognizes growing businesses in the community and provides an opportunity for small business owners to network and share business concepts with other companies in the Upstate through an innovative exhibit hall.

• Upstate Diversity Leadership Awards
helps to foster business opportunities between diverse suppliers and larger companies, as well as educate both groups on how to do business with one another.

seeks to develop and strengthen partnerships in the nonprofit, private and public sectors; to improve quality of life for our citizens; and, to raise awareness of the economic impact, needs and value of nonprofits in the upstate community.

learn about hiring, training, apprenticeships and assessment incentives offered through the Workforce Development System. Learn about WorkKeys, a job-skill match learning system.
