You have a strong, growing company with opportunities for new talent. You can sell those opportunities, but are you positioned to sell the community?

Another tool for recruiting employees to Greenville is NationJob. The Greenville Chamber has partnered with NationJob, Inc. to deliver the Community Sponsorship Program: a cooperative recruitment initiative that allows our members to promote their Greenville area jobs on NationJob's national network. The Chamber is proud to collaborate with Greenville County One-Stop. This federally funded system of centers provides employers, access to job seekers, labor market information and a host of other services, including an on-line job positing and resume-search system. Finally, the Chamber has many staffing and personnel agencies in its membership. To access these organizations, click here and search by category.

Talent Retention

Once your recruit has made the decision to go to work for you, the Chamber offers a variety of opportunities to get them engaged in our community. With increased engagement comes increased retention.

Two easy-to-access opportunities are PULSE, the Chamber's young professionals program and Opportunity Greenville, a great way to expose employees to leaders in the community and to develop a better understanding of how things work in Greenville.
