A well-deserved congratulations goes out to Liquid Catering for being selected as Greenville Chamber December Small Business of the Month! The award was presented yesterday to owner, Tammy Johnson and her talented team.
Liquid Catering specializes in providing top-shelf bar elements for all occasions… corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, any kind of party imaginable. The company was formed by Tammy Johnson in 2011 working out of her home as the only full-time employee. She has grown the organization to five full-time staffers, three interns, and more than 60 part-time employees. Liquid Catering has done events for Clemson, Greenville Health System, Southwest Airlines, ScanSource, and of course the Greenville Chamber just to name a few!
Aside from her catering duties, Tammy is the past chairwoman of PULSE and she served on the Chamber’s Finance and LEAD committees where she was instrumental in the LEAD program’s name change. Additionally, she will start a two-year term on the Chamber Board of Advisors in January 2014. One of the first things Tammy did when starting her company was join the Greenville Chamber. She understood the benefits of being involved and says “The Chamber has been a major part of the success of Liquid Catering!”
I’ve known Tammy for many years, worked with her on the Greenville PULSE board, and have attended numerous events hosted by Liquid Catering. Her leadership is outstanding and reflected in Liquid Catering’s success! She’s created jobs, given back to her community, and been the kind of entrepreneur the American dream is all about!
For your next event, I highly recommend giving Liquid Catering a call. Their team will take great care of you! To learn more… check out the website at www.liquid-catering.com.
