Three days, four high-energy three hour sessions, high fives, and 166 new investors. That description doesn't do justice to the excitement that over 170 volunteers gave of their time to encourage other area businesses to become a part of one of the best Chambers in the Southeast. It's not hard to brag when you have something to brag about. The enthusiasm was contagious as Jimmy of Your Chamber Connection would spend a little over an hour explaining why it is so important to be a part of our Chamber that so strongly supports, lobbies for, and connects our business community. After an hour of high-energy explanation of the benefits of becoming a part of the Greenville Chamber, the music was turned up and the volunteers were turned loose to make calls to their peers for an hour and a half. As each new investor was secured, a cowbell rang and you could feel the energy and the competition building. Results after less than an hour and a half from 170 plus volunteers = 166 new members!
