“You can never please everyone, but 55 families are about to be really, really pleased.” – Lillian Brock Flemming, Greenville City Council
Congratulations to The Greenville Housing Authority (TGHA) on the completion of the Manor at West Greenville.
The Manor at West Greenville is the first of three developments that honors the commitment of TGHA to replace all affordable senior housing units lost as the result of the implosion of the former Scott Towers Public Housing Community. The Manor at West Greenville is a newly constructed, 55-unit, $7.2 million dollar community that will provide modern apartments in a secure environment.
The Manor offers affordable living without sacrificing quality of life. It is conveniently located close to downtown in the West Greenville Neighborhood and will assure long term affordability for low and moderate income seniors in our community. Each unit is spacious and comes with beautiful finishings.
We thank TGHA for the essential role they play in our community, ensuring that those across the income spectrum have access to affordable housing so they can continue to live, work, and play in Greenville.
