I joined US&S over 11 years ago after graduating from the University of South Carolina and spent nearly 5 years in sales, marketing and account management with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. I have always thought that the opportunity to manage my own sales territory, like a business, allowed for a seamless transition to my family’s business. My father, Rich Hagins, established US&S in 2003 after serving in the U.S. Navy for over twenty years. While we have worked together to grow US&S for over a decade now – we have consistently had a unique relationship that has allowed us the opportunity to always be a part of something bigger and greater than ourselves. US&S is a facility maintenance and support service provider specializing in operations and maintenance, janitorial/cleaning services, repairs and renovation, grounds maintenance and professional service solutions. Our janitorial/cleaning services include comprehensive janitorial and enhanced cleaning services, facility
sterilization and sanitation, clean room and floor care solutions, supply management and inventory control support, green cleaning and recycling support. The cleanliness of our customers’ buildings and complexes makes an impression; it is our goal to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for our customer’s employees, tenants, families and business partners.
