Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has been named the July Small Business of the Month by the Greenville Chamber. 

Joan Herlong started working in real estate in 1993, and opened her own boutique firm in 2011. In 2017, Sotheby’s International Realty approached Herlong and that September, they launched Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.

In the last few years, the company has tripled in both sales and size and brought multiple new additions onto their team. In doing so, Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has become one of the most competitive real estate companies in the Upstate, including Clemson, where they have recently added a location.
