Cargo and Trehel Corporation hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 30, at their new headquarters building located at 914 Pendleton Street in Greenville, SC. 

Trehel provided construction services for the new 36,000 square-foot mixed-use facility that serves as the corporate headquarters for Trehel and the marketing agency Cargo with additional space for multiple tenants.

The adaptive reuse project of the 1930’s building consisted of adding two additional floors built above the existing structure, which was once an old A&P grocery store. Scope of work for the project included extensive site work for underground detention, additional parking featuring 118 spaces, and landscaping.
