Hi y’all! My name is Abby McNeely and I’m excited to join the Greenville Chamber team as Resource Development Director. I am a Greenville native who spent the last four years working at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. I’m thrilled to be back working in my hometown.

I am the proud daughter of a small business owner, so I have always wanted to help other business owners in my career. After graduating from Clemson, I joined the U.S. Chamber where I learned the ins and outs of advocating for the business community. My background is working in event production and logistics, so I am thrilled to be able to use these skills alongside building meaningful relationships with our investor companies. I look forward to learning more about how we, as the Chamber, support the growing Greenville business community.

Being from Greenville, I’ve seen firsthand how fast the area has changed. It’s exciting to see the new businesses and people moving to the area. On the weekends, you can find me spending time with my friends and family or exploring new restaurants around town. I also enjoy reading, cheering on the Tigers (especially during football season) and getting outside on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with my dog, Murphy.

I am so excited to continue fostering business growth and involvement with our existing and new investor companies through event sponsorship and involvement in this new role. Greenville is an incredible place to live and work and it’s awesome to see that being recognized on a national scale. The Chamber team has made me feel so welcome and I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity.
