Sharp Brain Consulting strives to see a diverse public service sector that prioritizes belonging and employee well-being. They do this by providing neuroscience-based organizational development support for organizations that operate within the public service sector.

Their staff provides organizational support for public service sector organizations. They do this through training sessions and consulting services. Everything they do is to improve the outcomes of organizations that exist to do good in our communities.

Sharp Brain Consulting was founded in 2017 by Jessica Sharp as an attempt to improve organizational outcomes through training and development. Jessica combined her brain knowledge, her passion for improving the community, and her business & organizational education to support organizations. Jessica knows that non-profit and other public service sector organizations are only as strong as their staff - to improve our communities, we have to have the best staff team and strong cultures.

“For my entire career, I have worked in the non-profit field and have worked to empower underserved & systemically barred communities. Sharp Brain Consulting is the sum of my professional experience and personal passions.” says Sharp who is currently finishing up her doctorate in Leadership Psychology at William James College.

Jessica’s work experience includes work in the non-profit sector and with diversity & inclusion. Jessica is committed to improving her community. She does this through her involvement in a variety of organizations including the Junior League of Greenville, the Greenville Theatre, and Fostering Great Ideas. She is a graduate of Leadership Greenville and is a Diversity Fellow with the Riley Institute and has been recognized for her work to better the Greenville community.

Jessica works with a majority of clients, along with our highly skilled trainers. Elizabeth-Kelly Pope manages the administrative arm of our organization and handles most communication, including a monthly newsletter.
