Meet the Team: Natasha Pitts

Natasha Pitts is the Vice President of Diversity and Economic Inclusion for the Greenville Chamber. In this role, she will lead and implement the Chamber’s Diversity and Economic Inclusion strategy.  Most recently served as the Equity and Inclusion Manager for the City of Spartanburg where she served in various roles over the past 17 years. She has worked in the areas of equity and inclusion, supplier diversity, economic development, minority business support.

As a champion of equity and economic inclusion, Natasha has played key roles in establishing and advocating resources for underrepresented businesses in the community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina-Upstate. Pitts currently serves as chair-elect for the Children’s Advocacy Center as well as several other boards and committees within the local community. She is a graduate of Grassroots Leadership Development and Leadership Spartanburg.

She is a native of Spartanburg County where she resides with her husband and two children.
