My name is Anna-Grace Galloway, and I’m the new Marketing and Communications Coordinator here at the Greenville Chamber. I grew up just down the road in Belton and most of my family still lives in the area, so I am very happy to be back in the Upstate. I may be biased, but I think the best people live here!  

I went to The University of South Carolina and majored in Broadcast Journalism. After graduating, I jumped right into the television news business and accepted a position as producer at WLTX in Columbia. I spent almost four years at the station, where I worked on every newscast at least once. I wrote scripts, decided what stories our viewers needed to know and dealt with breaking news situations. But, after learning about this opportunity at the chamber, I knew it was the right time to take my career in a new direction.

I’m excited to use what I learned in news and translate that into helping and uplifting businesses across the Upstate. Whether that be updating our website, keeping people informed with our e-blasts and on social media or finding new ways to get businesses involved with the chamber, I’m ready to get to work.

I’m very close to my family, so if you talk to me long enough, I will probably show you pictures of my niece. She is the cutest! I love to read, listen to podcasts and hear live music. I’m always on the lookout for a good concert to go to. I am blown away by the warm welcome I’ve received since my first day, and I can’t tell you all how lucky I feel to be in this position.
