iTrust Wellness Group is a local mental health practice that offers a variety of services throughout the upstate, including genetic testing, medication-assisted treatment, and holistic remedies such as vitamins and supplements. With both private practice and Elderly Care sectors, iTrust continues to expand to meet the mental health needs of our community, most recently opening a third location to accommodate our large client base.  At iTrust, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health and should be treated with the same level of compassion.

Staff consists of male and female providers, with specialties in treating teenagers, geriatrics, women's issues, substance use, and more. iTrust operates on a schedule of seeing clients every two weeks after the initial appointment is held.  This ensures that providers have sufficient time to assess treatment progress and make modifications as needed. Once the client has achieved stability, follow-up appointments are spaced further apart, allowing availability for new clients.

In network with Medicare, Tricare, and commercial insurances, we also offer affordable self-pay rates to minimize out-of-pocket costs.  Our mental health specialists’ goal is to provide clients with tools, hope, and answers to help them reach their full potential.   If iTrust Wellness group is unable to fulfill a need for a client, we provide additional resources that can assist with optimizing care.  Our Community Relations department participates in regular networking events with local businesses to learn about their mission and services offered.  We take pride in maintaining working relationships with therapists, assisted living communities, and nonprofit organizations throughout the upstate.  iTrust believes mental wellness is achieved in combination with medication management, psychotherapy, and support systems within the community.

While higher acuity facilities are essential for bringing mental health treatment to individuals that require more involved case management and complexity, iTrust has the opportunity to serve a broader population.  Today, iTrust Wellness Group is comprised of over 20 providers who specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, among others, to meet the needs of the greater community.  We are so honored that thousands of clients have entrusted us to be a part of their mental health journey.  We vow to continue advocating for our patients by taking a specialized approach to research, practice, and patient care while building our network of resources to expand access to care.
