The Greenville Chamber recently graduated two of our Leadership Development programs: Catalyst and Propel Greenville.
Catalyst is a new program designed to enhance participant's leadership skills. This 8-part course for managers of people/projects and for aspiring community leaders takes an in-depth look at building effective personal productivity. In this exclusive program, participants develop skills necessary to leading themselves and others - all while working on real-life professional projects. Plus, this unique, small cohort setting allows for unparalleled network building.
While traditional Leadership Development training typically focuses on fostering opportunities to positively impact the community, Catalyst goes beneath the surface to provide sustainable and practical leadership techniques and training.
