365 Digital Technologies was founded in 2019 by Guillermo and Elaine Avila. Married for 29 years with six kids, their teamwork skills have translated into a wonderful working relationship that has propelled 365 Digital Technologies to great success.

The story of 365 Digital Technologies is one of innovation bolstered by hard work. Our company was founded to provide companies with technology experts who advocate for them. We are a Minority Owned Small Business certified on the state and national level, with over twenty years’ experience on our professional team. Our clients have included enterprise corporate companies such as: Fluor, Ameco, ATCC, Shinola, Filson, and Apiject.

Like many successful start-up business owners, Guillermo saw a problem and was compelled to create a solution for it. Working for Microsoft Partner channels for many years, he saw firsthand the need for companies to have project managers with both technical expertise and the company’s best interest in mind. 365 Digital Technologies specializes in enterprise level and complex projects, ERP Deployments, Project Management, Project Rescues, and PMO management and oversight. Companies implementing Microsoft products hire our team of skilled project managers to be their advocate and protect their interests.

365 Digital Technologies consultants have saved companies millions of dollars and are in high demand. Guillermo discovered a deep need in the technology sector. We are passionate about helping our clients and we love what we do.

Beyond our consulting services, 365 Digital Technologies has grown to include Technical Recruitment services including: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Retail, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Technical Resources with an emphasis on Diversified Talent. In every area of our business the mission is the same: to solve your problems, so you can run your business. 

365 Digital Technologies works with companies nationwide, but our heart is in Greenville. Our first big contract was with Fluor. We have a great network of local support professionals, such as attorney Chace Campbell who gifted us an LLC to get our company started because he believed in us and CPA Chris Arthurs who has guided us every step of the way for the finances of our company. It is scary to take that leap to start your own business and we couldn’t have done it without the support of many local professionals. Greenville is a wonderful place to start a business.

We believe in local community involvement. In 2022, we were proud to sponsor our first scholarship: a $1,500 Women Confidence Builders scholarship presented at the South Carolina Women’s Executive Luncheon to Adolya Moore who is currently studying at Duke University. We have also participated in the local chapter of the National Minority Supplier Development Council since 2020. We are currently exploring other local opportunities for mentorship and community growth.

As a new company, 365 Digital Technologies is excited about the opportunities provided by the Greenville Chamber to connect with others who care deeply about the success of Greenville. We have benefitted from the events and connections we have made so far, and we appreciate all the efforts of the Greenville Chamber to promote business growth for small businesses.
