52 Upstate professionals graduated from Leadership Greenville last week, marking the 50th class to graduate from the Leadership Greenville program. Greenville Chamber CEO, Carlos Phillips, gave remarks, along with the Class 50 Representative Cameron McDowell and CEO of Cargo, Toby Stansell.
Executive Director Greenville Chamber Foundation and Director of Talent and Leadership, Cheryl Garrison also provided remarks, and introduced the graduating class service projects for Rebuild Upstate and YouthBASE. The class raised $23,811 for YouthBASE and $19,086 for Rebuild Upstate, for a total of $42,897, along with thousands of dollars of in-kind donations and time donations for the projects.
Following the graduation, the Leadership Greenville 50th Anniversary Celebration, presented by the Hughes Agency, was held at Avenue, where alumni, community leaders, and supporters came together to commemorate five decades of Leadership Greenville impact.
