At our MDVIP-affiliated practice, we strive to help you feel and look your best both inside and out.  We simply take care of you, like in the good old days.  Similar to concierge medicine practices, we also offer conveniences like same- or next-day appointments with minimal waiting.   

Meredith Bergey Vejnar, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician and has a special interest in lifestyle medicine which focuses on wellness and prevention.  She helps patients with multiple chronic health conditions to live a fuller life with fewer medications if possible.  Dr. Vejnar also treats acute conditions like upper respiratory infections and sports injuries, and is skilled in procedures like suturing, joint injections, and skin lesion removal.  She enjoys assisting patients with weight loss using both lifestyle and medications.  

Members and non-members are provided a variety of aesthetics services and products including botox, hydrafacials, microneedling, chemical peels, platelet rich plasma procedures, medical grade skin care and more.  MDVIP members receive special pricing on their aesthetics treatments. Medical weight loss is also available to aesthetics patients who already have a great relationship with their physicians.

Lumour started as a small part-time boutique aesthetics practice while Dr. Vejnar worked full-time in Family Medicine.  She has always wanted more time to provide a high quality primary care experience.  Affiliating with MDVIP allows for more time to listen to patients, coordinate care, and continuously bolster medical knowledge.  Lumour is now primary care and aesthetics, and we can’t wait to meet you!
