Greenville Chamber Names New Senior Vice President of Investor Development and Business Growth

The Greenville Chamber is pleased to announce the appointment of David Merhib, IOM, as the Senior Vice President of Investor Development and Business Growth.

Merhib joins the Greenville Chamber with nearly 10 years of chamber of commerce experience, having served as the President/CEO at both the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce and the Brookings Area (South Dakota) Chamber of Commerce. David holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from South Dakota State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Oregon, and Institute for Organization Management (IOM) designation from the U.S. Chamber.

In this key leadership role, Merhib will spearhead the Greenville Chamber’s investor development strategy and oversee business growth initiatives, including:

  • Growing the Greenville Chamber's membership base and Accelerate economic development portfolio.
  • Increasing Investor engagement in the Chamber's various networking and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Developing businesses through our Business Accelerator and Economic Opportunity Summit.
