Presented in collaboration by the Women of City Club Committee and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, THE REAL is a new three-part luncheon series (9/10, 10/8 and 11/12) designed to bring women together for meaningful conversations about navigating, growing and leading in today’s workplace.

Each gathering will feature an accomplished female leader sharing candid perspectives, lessons learned and practical insight around the opportunities and challenges women encounter throughout their careers.

More than a traditional speaker luncheon, THE REAL is about creating connection — bringing women from across Greenville’s professional community into the same room to learn from one another, build relationships and have conversations that continue beyond the event.

SERIES ONE — A Conversation with Sydney Wyatt

THE REAL begins with Sydney Wyatt of Honeywell International, a 2025 Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. Sydney has held significant commercial leadership responsibilities with Honeywell Energy and Sustainability Solutions and has spoken publicly about growth, adaptability, building strong teams and creating workplace cultures where people can thrive.
