FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) Technician

Setting:
Description: Position Summary: Infintium Fuel Cell Systems, Inc. is developing next generation fuel cell system solutions to power material handling vehicles in the Greenville, SC area. We are currently looking for a FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) Technician who will be responsible for FAT is completed on all units to ensure all systems meet internal quality standards and customer requirements prior to shipment. This role requires strict adherence to FAT procedures, accurate documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all FAT steps are completed in full before final approval and release. Key Responsibilities: -Complete all Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) steps according to approved test procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements. -Set up and operate test equipment, including load banks and monitoring tools, to execute FAT testing requirements. -Monitor unit performance during testing, including voltage, current, temperature, alarms, fault codes, and system stability. -Verify proper operation of safety features, shutdown systems, and alarm functions as required by FAT procedures. -Maintain test equipment in proper working condition and report calibration or maintenance needs immediately. -Support production schedules by completing FAT testing efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
