Seasonal Production Associate

Setting: Office/Warehouse Setting
Description: As a company dedicated to serving K–12 schools, we are passionate about creating meaningful summer job opportunities for students. We are seeking motivated students to join our team as Seasonal Production Associates in our warehouse and production departments during the summer months. This is an excellent first-time job opportunity and a hands-on way to learn how a growing business operates. Seasonal Production Associates will gain valuable technical, organizational, and workplace skills while contributing to preparing technology products for schools and students. Essential Functions: ● Prepare Chromebooks and related accessories for shipment according to customer specifications, including white-glove services and device configuration. ● Apply, scan, and accurately record asset tags and serial numbers in company systems. ● Install protective cases and pre-wire charging carts to meet school district requirements. ● Inspect devices and accessories for quality, functionality, and completeness prior to shipment. ● Package devices securely and palletize orders for delivery, including shrink-wrapping and banding pallets. ● Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and warehouse cleanliness. ● Disassemble devices for parts recovery in accordance with company procedures. ● Support technicians by staging devices and observing repair processes as needed. ● Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflow processes. ● Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. ● Meet daily production goals and adhere to assigned deadlines. ● Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: Background checks are only required for interns over the age of 18. ● Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer ● Ability to bend,sit, and lift up to 50 lbs ● Less than 10% travel

Range of Hours & Days: M-F, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Half day shifts are available (preferably 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.).
Range of Pay: $16/hr
