Business Description: Vivacity Tech PBC is a manufacturer and reseller of K-12 technology products with a ranger services including but not limited to our in-house built asset management system, student certifications in chrome book repairs via our Student Repair Academy, repair warranties, repair, and green shipping. We are a Public Benefit Corporation that has a primary focus on people and community over profits and revenue. Incorporating as a PBC has given us the responsibility and checks and balances to ensure our students are taken care of via our partnerships with schools via donations, volunteer opportunities, and internships.

Description: Job Summary
As a company that caters to K-12 schools, we are passionate about providing students summer job
opportunities through partnerships. We are looking for youth who are interested in working as seasonal
warehouse and production associates during the summer. This is a great first-time job and a great opportunity
to learn how a start-up business works.
Essential Functions
● Perform customer-required services including but not limited to pre-wiring and assembling charging carts
● Cross train in other device care and operations as business dictates
● Perform breakdowns of computers for parts
● Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
● Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
● Assist and observe the process and operations that our company follows
● Perform other duties as assigned
