Treatment is individualized to meet each client’s needs and treatment preferences. Evolution of Self is honored to provide specialized treatments designed to meet diverse mental health needs. We are recognized for delivering comprehensive treatment programs such as full-model Adolescent and Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), DBT-EMDR integration, and, in partnership with Ketamine Solutions, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. In Fall 2025, we are excited to launch our innovative Comprehensive Dissociation Program, further expanding our ability to serve clients with complex presentations. Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. We maintain strong community partnerships with organizations such as Piedmont Care, Greenville DBT Collective, and Ketamine Solutions to expand access to care and resources. As a Narcan distributor and a resource for sexual health education and condom distribution, we are deeply invested in supporting the health and resilience of our community. Beyond direct clinical care, Evolution of Self Counseling is an approved permanent Continuing Education provider in South Carolina, offering continuing education for professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, and psychoeducational specialists. Our commitment to excellence has been recognized through awards such as Best of the Upstate, underscoring the impact of our work and the trust we’ve built within the community. As out-of-network providers, we also partner with many Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to ensure accessible care for individuals and families.
