Meet Dr. Fatima Zahra Ghzala, PharmD — Founder of Full Potential Development Dr. Fatima Ghzala is a healthcare leader, educator, and global executive with more than 20 years of experience leading clinical services, regulatory and scientific teams, and international projects within the healthcare industry across Europe and the United States. She currently serves as a pharmacist at Pelham Medical Center, where she developed and leads the Meds-to-Beds program, and is the Founder of Full Potential Development — a leadership consultancy dedicated to elevating leadership excellence in healthcare. Fatima is the creator of PharmLead RX, the first certificate-based leadership development program offered by a State Pharmacy Association (South Carolina Pharmacy Association). This groundbreaking program equips pharmacy professionals with the confidence, communication skills, and leadership mindset needed to excel in today’s complex healthcare environment. Her commitment to advancing healthcare leadership extends to academia as well. Fatima develops and facilitates leadership programs in partnership with institutions such as Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy and MUSC and serves as a leadership educator for healthcare students and early-career professionals.
