The Greenville Society for Human Resource Management (GSHRM) was founded in 1947. Since its start, GSHRM has played a key role in helping human resource professionals increase their knowledge and skills in the human resource arena. Our members' roles range from human resource assistant to vice president of human resources. Members are constantly networking to gain additional skills and knowledge. Through professional services, monthly meetings, and professional accreditation support, GSHRM members are recognized as leaders in their profession. There are nearly 400 members representing a variety of employers in the Greenville and surrounding area. GSHRM is an affiliate of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). A majority of our members are SHRM members and many have their professional SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or GPHR certification.
