New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc. (NHFHS) is a non-profit Community Health Center serving the Upstate of South Carolina since 1992.  The organization's mission is to provide quality, affordable, compassionate, patient-centered health care to improve the health of the communities we serve. 

NHFHS provides over 100,000 medical, dental and behavioral health visits to over 28,000 patients annually and operates medical offices in Greenville, Greer and Travelers Rest, a dental office in Greenville, two mobile medical units and a mobile dental unit.  Services include primary medical, dental and behavioral health care, pharmacy and laboratory services.  NHFHS' Health Care of the Homeless Program and Ryan White Program serve over 2,500 patients in 13 counties and over 1,200 patients in 10 counties, respectively.  The organization is a CMS Certified Application Counselor Organization with Certified Application Counselors training to assist consumers with enrollment into affordable health insurance through the HealthCare.gov Marketplace.  NHFHS accepts Private Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare and offers a sliding fee discount for patients who quality.
