Kimberly represents healthcare and educational institutions in mergers, acquisitions, expansions and affiliations. She serves as bond counsel for colleges and universities, foundations, healthcare institutions, continuing care retirement communities and nonprofit organizations. Kimberly was named to The Bond Buyer’s 2021 Rising Stars list and has been recognized as a South Carolina Super Lawyers® Rising Stars for Government Finance since 2014.

A long-standing member of the Junior League of Greenville, Kimberly was elected as this year’s President-Elect and is the first African American woman to serve in this role. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and a Liberty Fellow.
