Dovetail Construction is pleased to announce Matt Bello as its new Senior Preconstruction Manager. Bello joins the company as Dovetail continues to grow its commercial general contracting services throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.

Bello brings 15 years of construction industry experience to the company. He began his career with Melloul Blamey Construction before spending the last eight years with Brasfield & Gorrie’s Greenville office as a preconstruction manager, where he played a key role in the early-stage development of a wide range of projects across the southeast.

“We are excited to welcome Matt to the Dovetail team,” said Chase Lanier, co-Owner of Dovetail Construction. “Matt takes tremendous pride in the relationships he builds with trade partners, design team members, and clients, and that mindset is what makes him such an asset to our team. His intentional approach to preconstruction services will deliver thorough and thoughtful analysis that sets every job up for success.”

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Matt earned his degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He currently serves as a member of the board of advisors for the Greenville Chamber and for ACE Mentorship Program of the Upstate.
