Mentorship Matters
Pacesetters is a group mentoring program that connects high-potential young professionals with Greenville's most innovative and successful leaders. Your mentors are community leaders in Greenville in varying and diverse fields.
This program allows its members to develop their leadership skills through training sessions, mentoring with successful leaders, and networking with other young professionals. The small group format allows this program to be tailored to its individual members so they can receive the greatest benefit possible.

Program Details
- The Pacesetters program runs from January through October. The cost of Pacesetters is $550*.
- Each group is unique and has the flexibility to set its own agenda and outline goals that will ultimately foster personal and professional growth.

The following time commitment is expected for the Pacesetters program, in addition to individual group sessions. This allows the entire Pacesetters class to have opportunities to connect in several ways throughout the year.

Pacesetters Class Days: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Each small group schedules its own meetings and times
*This tuition includes GCYP membership dues.
