The Greenville Chamber celebrated the graduation of its 2026 Pacesetters class, recognizing a group of emerging professionals who spent the year developing leadership skills, building meaningful relationships, and learning from established leaders across the Upstate.

Pacesetters, a Greenville Chamber Young Professionals program, connects high-potential young professionals with experienced community leaders through small-group mentoring, leadership development sessions and networking opportunities. The program is designed to support participants’ professional growth while strengthening the region’s pipeline of future leaders.

Throughout the 10-month program, participants developed practical leadership skills, strengthened their professional capabilities, and gained insights from experienced mentors to support their continued growth and success.
