Alumni Testimonials
"My experience with Opportunity Greenville was incredible!
As a Greenville native, I thought I knew my community so well, but this experience opened my eyes to so much more. I learned, connected with amazing people, and gained an even deeper appreciation for the incredible community I call home."
Ashten Latta, SC Whitmore School
“Opportunity Greenville gave me a much clearer picture of how our community works—its history, economy, government, and the people who help shape it.
The sessions with local leaders were both informative and inspiring, and they encouraged me to get more involved. That experience has been invaluable in my work with Family Hospice and as a Chamber Ambassador.”
Don Morris, The Family Hospice
"This program feels like it was designed for me as a new community member as of May 2021! The topics covered feel thoughtful and, considering the 5-week time frame, really encompass Greenville.
I walked away from OG truly feeling like a knowledgeable member of the community - it now feels like home! Thank you to all who put time and effort into this wonderful program!"
