Catalyst is a new program designed to enhance participant's leadership skills. Facilitated by Nancy Eichstadt, this 8-part course for managers of people/projects and for aspiring community leaders will take an in-depth look at building effective personal productivity. In this exclusive program, participants will develop skills necessary to leading themselves and others - all while working on real-life professional projects. Plus, this unique, small cohort setting allows for unparalleled network building.

While traditional Leadership Development training typically focuses on fostering opportunities to positively impact the community, Catalyst goes beneath the surface to provide sustainable and practical leadership techniques and training. Catalyst will leverage the best of traditional Leadership Development programming while providing a new, exciting level of leadership training.

PROGRAM DETAILS

In this course, you will:
- Learn to build effective personal productivity
- Work on real-life projects from your own work
- Increase productivity through controlling priorities and identifying necessary behavioral changes
- Learn to communicate more effectively and become a better team player
- Develop high performance work teams
The program cost is $1,795 per person
Offered in cohorts of 6-10 people
Every other Monday from 1:00-3:00 beginning February 6th - May 15th
